Cancellation Policy

We do our best to respect your time so we ask that you do that same for us.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Late Policy

If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to provide the service booked.  The stylist may have to make adjustments to the service to stay on time for other clients.

No Show Policy

We are all about second chances, however if you no show your appointment 2 times, you will be asked to provide a credit card to book your appointment and will be charged if you do not show up.  We hate doing this so please just let us know if you can’t make it.
